Welcome to Mobilzer. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mobilzer website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Mobilzer ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. - Upload or distribute malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to build a competing product or service
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content, data, and materials you create, upload, or manage through the Service ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Mobilzer and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
6. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals unless you cancel before the renewal date
All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
7. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires. We reserve the right to limit or modify free trial offers at any time.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
- We may delete Your Content within 30 days, unless retention is required by law
- Any outstanding fees remain payable
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted and error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific requirements or that any defects will be corrected.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobilzer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mobilzer and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mobilzer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mobilzer regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
